For the purposes of this lead form, you hereby expressly authorize the Bank to disclose, transfer or part with any of your information, (including my sensitive personal information, location etc.) submitted in this lead form or any other device information, when the Bank considers such disclosure as necessary, with (i) its staff and agents in any jurisdiction, (ii) Auditors, credit rating agencies/credit bureaus (including but not limited to CIBIL), statutory/regulatory authorities, governmental/administrative authorities, etc. (iii) its Service providers, professional advisors, consultants or such person with whom the Bank contracts or proposes to contract.
You hereby consent to receive and authorize the Bank and its affiliates/group companies to contact you / send any communication pertaining to your interest in Insurance products, through registered e-mail, phone, or any other electronic mode. The Bank will be sending One Time Pin (OTP) on the abovementioned mobile number. This consent will override any registration for DND/NDNC registered with the Bank.
By providing your interest in product to the Bank, you understand that;
Insurance is not binding with any other offer/promotion of the Bank.
The products distributed by the Bank pertain to Insurance Companies of which Bank has a Corporate Agency tie-up with, and the Bank is allowed to source products of these Insurance Companies for a fee.
The Bank will not be responsible or liable in case any Insurance product opted by you is not provided by an Insurance Company. You understand and accept that all Insurance products are underwritten by the respective Insurance Companies.
Insurance products offered are subject to availability from the Insurance Company and in no circumstances will the Bank be liable for non-availability of any of the products from the Insurance Companies.
