  1. Why am I receiving this communication?
    As part of a business decision, your Standard Chartered credit card account(s) will be transferred to Federal Bank.
  2. What information will be transferred to Federal Bank?
    Your Credit Card relationship, including your credit limit, reward points and any outstanding balance, will be transferred to Federal Bank.
  3. Do I need to complete any additional documentation or KYC formalities?
    No, No additional documentation or KYC formalities are required for this transfer.
  4. How can I receive a new Federal Bank credit card?
    You can provide your consent by clicking [I Agree] or by sending ACCEPT to 9702363363. Continued usage of your credit card(s) after 31 July 2026 will also be treated as consent.
  5. Will Payment be treated as consent?
    Payment of your Credit card outstanding will not be treated as consents
  6. What if I do not provide consent or do not use my credit card during the consent period?
    Your credit card account and any outstanding balance will still be transferred to Federal Bank. However, no new Federal Bank credit card will be issued to you.
  7. What happens if I click “Decline” or send “DECLINE”?
    The Decline option only indicates that you do not wish to receive a new Federal Bank Credit Card. It does not affect the transfer of your existing credit card account to Federal Bank.
    Please note that by selecting Decline, your Standard Chartered credit card and its associated benefits, including your credit limit, rewards, and cardholder benefits, will cease upon migration.
  8. What if I do not select either ACCEPT or DECLINE?

    Scenario New Federal Bank Credit Card issuance Outstanding Balance
    You do not provide consent but continue using your credit card after 31 July 2026 Your card usage will be treated as consent, and a new Federal Bank credit card will be issued. Your outstanding balance will be transferred to Federal Bank and must be repaid to Federal Bank.
    You do not provide consent and do not use your credit card after 31 July 2026 No new Federal Bank credit card will be issued. Your outstanding balance will still be transferred to Federal Bank and must be repaid to Federal Bank.
  9. What happens if I click on DECLINE and still use my Credit card after 31 July 2026?
    In case you Click on DECLINE option and keep on using your credit card after the date communicated over email, Federal bank will not issue a replacement card to you subject to your rejection.
