I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ONE TIME PASSWORD (OTP) FOR A CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION. WHAT DO I DO?

In case you have not received One Time Password (OTP) within 30 seconds, you can request for another OTP by pressing the “Resend OTP” number.

Try after some time in case you are facing some network issue.

If you do not receive the OTP after multiple attempts, please check whether your correct mobile number is registered with us.
