HOW DO I BLOCK LOST OR STOLEN CREDIT CARD?

Follow the below steps to report a lost or stolen credit card:

Step 1: Log in to Online Banking or SC Mobile

Step 2: Select “Help & Services”

Step 3: Go to “Card Management” and select “Report Lost/Stolen Card”

Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen

Step 5: Upon completion, your card will be blocked and a replacement card will be sent to your registered mailing address

WHAT DO I DO IN CASE OF AN UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION ON MY LOST OR STOLEN CREDIT CARD?

If you suspect there are unauthorised transactions in your account, please click here to report it to us.

Follow the below steps to block your card in case of an unauthorised transaction:

Step 2: Select “Help & Services”
Step 3: Go to “Card Management” and select “Report Lost/Stolen Card”
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen
