Online Banking
Step 1: Log in to Online Banking
Step 2: From left-hand side menu, click on “Cards” and select “Card Summary”
Step 3: Select “Card Details” to view the credit limit assigned under the “Approved Credit Limit”
SC Mobile
Step 1: Log in to SC Mobile
Step 2: Select the Credit Card
Step 3: Go to “Card Details” on the top-right section and view the credit limit assigned on your credit card

Step 1: Log in to Online Banking

Step 3: Select “Card Details” to view the credit limit under the “Available Credit Limit”

Step 1: Log in to SC Mobile
Step 2: Select the credit card
Step 3: Go to “Card Details” on the top-right section and view the available credit limit on your credit card

WHAT IS THE COMBINED CREDIT LIMIT ACROSS ALL MY CREDIT CARDS?
Credit limit assigned is a combined limit across all the cards as there is no separate limit assigned for each card type.
Follow the below steps to know your combined credit limit across all credit cards through Online Banking:
Step 1: Log in to Online Banking
Step 2: Select “Cards”
Step 3: Go to “Cards Summary” and view the combined credit limit across all credit cards

Follow the below steps to place a request for credit limit increase:
Step 1: Log in to Online Banking
Step 2: Go to “Help & Services”
Step 3: Go to “Card Management” and select “Credit Limit Increase”
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen and place a request for the same
