HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY REWARD POINTS I HAVE ACCUMULATED ON MY ACCOUNT? HOW DO I REDEEM THEM?

Follow the below steps to know the details of your accumulated reward points:

Step 1: Log in to Online Banking

Step 2: Select “Online Rewards”

Step 3: Follow the instructions to redeem reward points accumulated from a variety of choices available.

WHEN DO THE REWARD POINTS ACCUMULATED ON MY ACCOUNT EXPIRE?

The accumulation of the reward points happens till 31st December every year and redemption can be done by the following year in June. Post June, the reward points stand to expire.

 

For example, if you have 100 points accumulated till 31st December 2018, the redemption of 100 points can be done before June 2019. Post June 2019, the reward points will expire.
