Step 1: Log in to Online Banking and SC Mobile
Step 2: Select “Help & Services”
Step 3: Go to “Account Management”
Step 4: Select “Cheque Book Request”
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen and place a cheque book request

HOW DO I TRACK MY CHEQUE BOOK REQUEST?

Follow the below steps to track your cheque book request

Step 1: Log in to Online Banking or SC Mobile
Step 2: Go to “Help & Services”
Step 3: Click on the “Status” bar at the top
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen and track your cheque book request.

Generally, a cheque book will be dispatched to your mailing address as available in our records and should reach you within 7 working days.
