Terms and Conditions for 10X Rewards Offer

Definitions

  1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
  2. Offer: Qualified Customers will receive 10X reward points, up to a maximum of 5,000 reward points, on eligible purchase transactions for more than INR 2000 undertaken during the Offer Period.
  3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 15 Aug 2026 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 31 Aug 2026.
  4. Qualified Customer: The Offer is only applicable to a select set of Bank’s Credit Card holders. Bank’s Credit Card holders who have received the offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully carried out the transactions described in the offer will qualify for the benefit under the Offer.
  5. NRE and NRO cardholders will not be eligible for this offer.

Offer Details

  1. Customer will be eligible for 10X reward points (up to 5,000 reward points) on spends of INR 2,000 or more during the offer period.
  2. The 10X reward points benefit will be calculated based on the existing reward earning structure of the card. For example, if a card earns 1 reward point per INR 150 spent, the cardholder will earn a total of 10 reward points, comprising the regular 1X reward points and an additional 9X bonus reward points awarded under the eligible transactions during the Offer Period, subject to a maximum of 5,000 reward points under this Offer.
  3. A customer can receive a maximum of 5,000 reward points under this Offer.
  4. Offer is applicable only on purchase transactions made using the Standard Chartered Credit Card ending with the last four digits specified in the offer communication during the Offer Period. Wallet load transactions shall be excluded from this Offer.
  5. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
  6. This Offer is not applicable to Standard Chartered Smart Credit Card, Emirates Credit Card, Landmark Rewards Credit Card and DigiSmart Credit Card holders.
  7. Bonus reward points to eligible customers will be credited within 60 days from the end of the Offer Period.
  8. Exclusions: The following transactions shall not qualify for the Offer:
    • ATM cash withdrawals (MCC 6010, 6011, 6012)
    • Wallet load/gift card transactions (MCC 6540)
    • Transactions that are unsuccessful, cancelled, reversed or disputed
    • Transactions subsequently refunded, wholly or partially
    • Any transaction cancelled by the cardholder
    • Closed, blocked, delinquent or suspended cards/accounts shall not be eligible for Offer fulfilment.

Communication of the offer

The Offer will be communicated to a select set of eligible Bank Credit Card holders through SMS and/or email on their registered mobile number or email address, at the discretion of the Bank.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in the terms and conditions set out herein, nor those forming part of the Offer communication shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the Bank to continue the Offer up to the date of expiry of the Offer.
  3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary.
  4. The Offer is non-transferable.
  5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.
  6. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
  7. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  8. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and those forming part of the Offer communications.
  9. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified Customer.
