Aspire Lifestyles, which is a concierge service provider, provides the global concierge programme. SCB is not involved in organizing and making arrangements under the global concierge programme.SCB’s role is limited to facilitating and directing SCB customer to the Aspire Lifestyles concierge for fulfilment of their requirements. All queries, complaints and issues with regard to the bookings should be directed by SCB customer to Aspire Lifestyles. SCB customers by connecting with Aspire Lifestyles agrees to the terms and conditions of provision of services prescribed by Aspire Lifestyles; and the manner in which Aspire Lifestyles will use SCB customer’s personal data and information.
